Account and registration

If you forget your password, tap the "Forgot your password?" link on the sibukwin login page. Enter your email address or username, and we will send a password-reset link to your registered email within minutes. No. Our sibukwin terms prohibit one person from holding multiple accounts. We detect duplicate accounts using name, email, phone number, payment method, device identifier, and IP address. If we identify a duplicate account, we close both accounts immediately and may forfeit any balance. If you need to create a new account after closure, contact our support team for guidance. Multiple accounts are considered a violation of our terms and may result in permanent blacklisting from sibukwin.

Log in to your sibukwin account and navigate to "Account Settings" (usually found in the menu or profile icon). From there, you can change your password, update your email address, adjust two-factor authentication, modify notification preferences (push notifications, email alerts), and set data-usage limits for mobile access. If you want to pause your account temporarily (for example, during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha), contact our support team via live chat and request a pause. We can suspend your account for 7, 14, or 30 days; you will not be able to log in or access any games during the pause. After the pause expires, your account reactivates automatically.

Payments and transactions

If you attempt a deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or a bank virtual account and the transaction times out or shows an error, first check your payment-method app or bank account to confirm whether the deduction was processed. If money was deducted from your account but did not credit to sibukwin, do not attempt the same transaction again. Instead, contact our support team via live chat or in-app help within 24 hours with your transaction reference number or receipt. We can verify the payment on our server and manually credit your account if the payment was received but not processed. Processing delays typically resolve within 4 hours during business hours; weekend transactions may take until Monday.

Yes. We accept deposits from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment via virtual account (VA). When you select "Bank Transfer" in our deposit menu, we generate a unique VA number for your account. Transfer the amount from your bank's mobile app or online banking, and the funds credit automatically once our system confirms receipt. VA deposits typically process within subject to verification during banking hours (07:00–17:00 Monday–Friday). Withdrawals from sibukwin return to the same bank account you used for deposit; this is required by our KYC policy. If your bank account details are not yet verified, our support team will request them before processing your first withdrawal.

Games and betting

Yes, our sibukwin platform offers demo mode for most slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) and some live-dealer tables. To access demo mode, select a game and look for the "Demo" or "Play for free" button. Demo mode uses virtual credits that have no real value; you cannot withdraw demo winnings.
